YANGAROO, A-WARE SOFTWARE INTEGRATE DMDS AND MUSICMASTER

Toronto, Canada

YANGAROO Inc. (TSX-V: YOO, OTCBB: YOOIF), the industry's leading secure digital media distribution company, has integrated its Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS) with the MusicMaster Scheduling software produced by A-Ware Software, Inc.

As a result of this integration, the more than 2,800 MusicMaster Scheduling software users at radio stations worldwide can now import new music available through YANGAROO’s DMDS directly into their music library. The new music imported from DMDS also includes the related track information.

YANGAROO’s DMDS is a web-based delivery system available free to the radio industry. It replaces the physical distribution of music, allowing radio stations throughout North America to receive broadcast-quality music and promotional materials digitally and securely from independent, as well as major, record labels.

“MusicMaster users will now be able to seamlessly import music and the associated metadata from DMDS directly into their scheduling system, thanks to the integration,” said John Heaven, President and CEO of YANGAROO. “This will save a lot of time and errors for radio users as they will not have to re-type metadata and only need to save music tracks once.”

“Integration with YANGAROO’s DMDS further expands MusicMaster’s end user capabilities,” explained Mark Bolke, Vice President and Chief Operation Officer of A-Ware Software, Inc. “It allows our mutual customers to easily update their music libraries with new releases quickly and accurately.”

About YANGAROO:

YANGAROO's patented Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS) is a leading secure B2B digital delivery solution for the music and advertising industries. DMDS is a web-based delivery system that pioneers secure digital file distribution by incorporating biometrics, high-value encryption and watermarking. DMDS replaces the physical distribution of musical recordings and advertising to radio, media, retailers and other authorized recipients with more accountable, effective, and far less costly digital delivery of broadcast quality media via the Internet.

YANGAROO's DMDS has made over five million deliveries of over 11,000 songs from more than 500 record labels to destinations which include radio stations representing over 35 US broadcast chains. The number of deliveries made by US record labels via YANGAROO’s DMDS increased by 266% in 2007 to 1.3 million.

DMDS is the only system that can digitally deliver music across the U.S., Canada and the UK. YANGAROO has offices in Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, and London, UK.
