Musicrypt Appoints Gary Moss to Board of Directors

Musicrypt Inc. is very pleased to announce the appointment of Gary Moss to its Board of Directors, subject to regulatory approval.

Gary is currently the CFO of TGA Entertainment. TGA is an innovator and leader in planning and executing worldwide concert tours and is a multifaceted entertainment corporation. TGA principals have promoted five of the six highest-grossing concert tours of all time. Its client list has included many of the top names in music including the Rolling Stones, U2, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, and Pink Floyd among others and is currently producing the show "Bombay Dreams" on Broadway.

Gary has held several senior financial roles in the Entertainment industry, specifically Vice-President of Finance with EMI Music in Canada for nine years and prior to that, a similar role with Sega Canada, and has additional experience in the Computer and Engineering industries. Gary earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Natal (Durban) in South Africa and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand in 1984.
