REAL-TIME, STATE-OF-THE-ART REPORTING CAPABILITIES

Once you’ve sent your new single to radio stations, for instance, the DMDS state-of-the-art reporting features provide accurate details as to where it was sent, which individual received it, if it was listened to, and when, and if it was downloaded, and when, all in real-time.

When you select the “Reports” tab in DMDS, you’ll be served an Overview page, which provides a visual summary of your promotional results.

While in Reports, you can drill down to obtain more detailed data. Just one example is the Releases area, which generates the following real-time reports:

• Release Detail Summary
• Detailed Release Review Statistics (View, Download, Stream)
• Release Response Rate (Percentage Download vs. Notifications Sent)
• Releases Delivered Per Time Period Per Format
• Release Impact Report
• Release Track-tion Report
• Feedback Per Release
• Top Releases Per Organization
• Top Releases Per Artist
• Releases Per Genre/Format

Each tab within Reports gives you access to more reports making the DMDS Reporting feature the most comprehensive system available today. Plus, you can export reports in numerous file formats.
